#1 Reason Voicemails Fail to Convert

Customers don't return voicemails 📞. Especially prospecting ones.

So what should we do?

Here are a few things we SHOULDN'T do:

❌ Apologize for bothering them

❌ Ask them to call you back and promise it's only going to take 5 minutes

❌ Leave a super long voicemail with a bunch of info about your company and your products

It takes many tries before a customer is willing to talk to you. They're super busy, but even so, they're paying attention, and every interaction we have with them is crucial, even voicemails.

Here's a good strategy for when we call and yet again, we get the customer's voicemail box.
